If you can find a new one somewhere, I'd say go for it. I have a feeling it does not because some reviews have said it prints 4圆 photos pretty slow, while my D7360 is very fast and the photo quality always impresses me. Not sure if the D7460 shares internals with the D7360. I friend of mine who is a VP in HP's printing group, told me they were probably going to kill the D7360 because it has most of the technology of the Photosmart Pro series of printers at a significantly lower cost - it was cannibalizing sales.
Black cartridges are about $18, while color ones are about $10. The 7460 adds an ethernet port and wifi to the printer. It seems like my HP Photosmart D7360 would be a good replacement, but I think it may have been discontinued in favor of the D7460.
